This 45-minute max call is the first and most important step on your journey to becoming a non-smoker. We’ll bust common myths, give you simple tasks to set you up for success, and get you in the right mindset for lasting change.

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment with 24 hours notice. Please contact me directly for changes or to cancel. Cancellations or no-shows will be charged at a rate of 50% of the session price.
