This 15 minute call is an opportunity to learn more about these unique, custom adventures created to help you transform your life. We use a combination of modalities to push you out of your comfort zone including Breathwork, Medicine Journeys, all performed away from the city in the loving arms of Mother Nature.

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment with 24 hours notice. Please contact me directly for changes or to cancel. Cancellations or no-shows will be charged at a rate of 50% of the session price.
