Patience Child, Learn to Trust The Universe - Episode 018 Show Notes

The journey of making this episode ultimately became its own inspiration. Instead of pushing myself to make the deadline for this episode, trying to force inspiration with time pressure and caffeine, I decided to slow down and breathe. In that state of stillness and receptivity, the topic of discussion found me. Most of us have been trained to be impatient, acting out of agitation instead of true inspiration. This, combined with some of humanity's deepest fears keep us moving at an unsustainable pace, setting ourselves up for burn out. I have certainly experience burn out a number of times, and I can see where our whole civilization here on Earth is facing the same looming threat. It's time to reconnect with nature, and remember that:
